About

Yowie Central began in 2019 as a local radio show on MAINfm, Castlemaine’s cherished volunteer-run station. As interest grew, Sarah transitioned the show to a podcast format, sharing episodes online. She soon realized that the strict time limits of radio didn’t allow for the deep, detailed experiencer stories she wanted to feature. Determined to give these remarkable witness accounts the attention they deserved, Sarah chose to leave MAINfm and fully embrace the freedom of independent podcasting. Yowie Central is now enjoyed in more than 33 countries worldwide and has accumulated several hundred thousand downloads.
