Join us as we welcome Jake Cassar—survival and bushcraft teacher, conservationist, and author of a novel called The Cave, which tells the story of a young man ambushed and taken captive by yowies. Jake is also one of the witnesses of Old Fire Hands, an infamous yowie active in the Woy Woy and Kariong area of New South Wales. Today, he’s going to share what happened when he saw Old Fire Hands on a camping trip for his 17th birthday, along with some bushcraft wisdom and insights into his new book.
